Cleveland Homeless Legal Assistance Program            

The Cleveland Homeless Legal Assistance Program (CHLAP), a program of the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless  provides free legal assistance for homeless people, those who have experienced homelessness within the last two years, and those in danger of becoming homeless.
